Contents are not guaranteed to meet any specific expectation, category, brand, or condition.
Items may be new, lightly used, returned, repackaged, or may include items with missing parts or packaging.
The uncertainty of contents is a core feature of the product.
By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept this uncertainty.
3. Eligibility

You will not hold Mystery Drop responsible for dissatisfaction related to item content

Mystery Drop is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question

13. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute:
Parties agree to first attempt informal resolution by contacting us directly
If unresolved, disputes may be handled through mediation or arbitration in Ontario, Canada
